Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brooklyn Wicks Studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will be shipped by either USPS or UPS.
- Shipping is free on orders over $50 that ship within the 48 contiguous states.
- Orders typically deliver within 3-7 business days from when we ship your order.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Brooklyn Wicks Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
- We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Damages
- Brooklyn Wicks Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Lost Packages
- Once a package is picked up and scanned in by the carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.
